I’ve been really trying to increase my “barefoot” miles so that I can improve my form.  So far my knees and hips have been really appreciating the change.

Sport Specific Tip: Running!

Sorry for doing another tip on running, but I just had to show you these great photos on running form that I found on Pinterest. Speaking of that site, does anyone have an account there? I don’t yet.

Okay back to good running form. Form is VERY important! If you have good running form, you will have great endurance and feel a lot better during/after your runs. One thing that I find is that people hold their arms too close to their chest and keep their elbows locked while their arms cross the center of their body. Not only is this going to tire you out faster, but you are also constricting your breathing! Try to keep your arms loosely at your sides with unclenched fists so that they feel relaxed.
